Life & Becoming

It happened. What's next?

Life changes. Sometimes we lose sight of ourselves somewhere in the changing.

This space is for widowhood and divorce, retirement and career change, singleness and starting to date again, or simply the quiet sense that you're ready for something new. You don't have to be in crisis to belong here. Some people are recovering. Some are grieving. Some are simply ready.

Breathe and Be

You don't have to fix it today.

I don't promise instant transformation. Sometimes the first work isn't to fix, reinvent, forgive, move, sell the house, make a major decision, or turn pain into purpose. Sometimes the first work is simply to acknowledge where you are, accept where you are, give yourself permission to feel what you feel, take care of yourself today, and pay attention to how you speak to yourself. Then, when it's time, we begin exploring what comes next.

This includes

Identity & Self-Worth
